I paid PREMIUM subscription on 5th January but my access has not updated. I paid for Premium via GooglePay & Stripe. It cant be difficult to rectify but I cannot contact anyone. I have just been charged AGAIN for February. This is plain THEFT now. I've had no response via the support chat on app.cryptosheets.com . The support link on cryptosheets.com is a dead link. I've emailed multiple addresses: chris.ware@cryptosheets.intercom-mail.com , support@cryptosheets.com , cware@cryptosheets.com . I've tried contacting Cryptosheets & Chris Ware via LinkedIn. NOTHING... AND MORE NOTHING... BUT THEY KEEP TAKING MY MONEY. WTF is going on. Is this just a scam? Anyone on this group have any contacts into the "company"? Thanks

Hi, i get the following message in Excel: Object doesn't support property or method 'getItem' ,, before this message everything was working fine. What could be the problem.

I am using the function CS. QUERYA and CoinGecko to pull in token pricing. How do I refresh the data? Only way now to select the cell then hitting enter again. I am using a mac and desktop excel.

I'm just trying to find a way to return the name of a coin. I thought there should be a = cs.name function, but can't find anything that works.
